Apartment Gams with ca. 41m²

The Gams apartment is on the 1st floor. Here you will find a separate bedroom with a double bed, TV.

In the cozy sitting area in the living area there is space for 4 to 5 people at the table. You will also find a sofa bed, WiFi, TV and CD player in the living area. The modern kitchen corner is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, etc.

From this area you have access to the adjoining shower room.It is equipped with a walk-in shower with rain shower. Hair dryer and towels are available.

The bathroom and kitchen meet modern standards.

The large private balcony offers a wonderful view of the Nedernkogel.

In summer your bikes can be parked in our ski cellar or in a bike box.

For our winter guests we have a ski cellar with a ski boot heater.

One underground parking space per apartment is available.
